Join Somatic wellbeing specialists Maxine Brown (BOARC affiliate) and Francis Angol, in an exploration of how the changing seasons impact our physical and mental body and how we might harness this knowledge to enhance our health and wellbeing.
Using Somatic movement practices, these two phenomenal practitioners will take you on an investigative journey allowing you to discover the body’s capacity for selfcare and ability to actively flow with seasonal shifts.
The event will take place in the relaxing surroundings of Bidston Observatory Artistic Research Centre, and is offered to all, no prior movement knowledge or Somatic experience required.
A vegan/vegetarian lunch will be provided and cooked communally.
The workshop is for people of the Global Majority, is free of charge, and limited to 10 participants.
Please email enquiries@bidstonobservatory.org to register interest.
