People Versus TV (PVTV) host monthly Creative Meet-Ups at DoES Liverpool, bringing together artists, filmmakers and creatively curious people to experiment, collaborate and develop work in an informal setting.
Sessions vary month to month, but can include collaborative idea development, creative exercises, short film concepts, miniature set building, green screen and puppetry experiments, and practical special effects.
Open to all levels of experience, the sessions are designed to be accessible and low-pressure, with no requirement to bring materials or prepared ideas. Participants are encouraged to develop work collectively and explore new approaches to making.
The meet-ups form part of PVTV’s wider programme of artist-led activity, supporting experimental practice and creative community in Liverpool.
