We’re launching Creative Futures: Empowering Artists Through Enterprise – a fully subsidised four-part workshop series for artists and creative practitioners over the age of 18 who want to make their practice more sustainable.

Across four half-day sessions you’ll explore enterprise in the context of your practice, shape offers and income possibilities, build visibility and networks, and leave with a practical 90-day plan.

Open to early-career creatives and recent graduates working in any artform. Priority will be given to applicants based in the Liverpool City Region.

This practical series of workshops will take place at the Bluecoat Arts Centre and the Royal Standard, Liverpool, for four project sessions.  Each session will take about four hours of your time.  You will be asked to enter into discussions and practical activities designed to provide you with new skills to enhance your small business as an artist or creative.

If you are interested and would like more information please contact Professor Ian Fillis- i.r.fillis@ljmu.ac.uk  and Dr. Emma Roberts- e.e.roberts@ljmu.ac.uk.  There is no obligation to take part. The series of workshops is free of charge.  Dates of the workshops will be confirmed.

👉 Find out more and apply by 16th February to Ian or Emma (above).

Thank you!
