As the season turns and the trees continue to drop their leaves, what a perfect time to draw the Autumnal harvest that is around us. Using a still life display, Jennifer will invite you to rest a while and take in some mindful moments, creating a piece of artwork with many different types of materials and mediums. From dried flowers to leaves and the odd squash or two, join her to celebrate the most colourful time of the year.
Jennifer Ström is a self-taught artist who is fiercely passionate about nature and the landscape. She uses her inspiration to explore different techniques and is often found foraging and drawing around her local coastline. She has a strong admiration for heritage crafts and uses natural inks and pigments to recreate drawings and paintings of these in her own style. One day she hopes to make and sail in her own coracle.
