Membership and Systems Coordinator
Hours: 30 hours/4 days per week
Salary: £23,600 per year (pro-rata, equivalent to £29,500 full-time)
Holiday: 24 days including Bank Holidays
Location: Flexible – office, remote, or hybrid options available
Contract: 12-month position with intention to extend permanently (funding dependent)
Reports to: Executive Director

Job Overview
As our Membership and Systems Coordinator you’ll be the friendly face and tech-savvy brain behind our growing membership programme.
Working closely with our Executive Director, you’ll help to manage, grow, nurture and and diversify our paid cultural membership community through thoughtful communication, engaging real life and online events and smart digital systems (use and analysis).
You’ll also be passionate about driving lasting change, igniting meaning for the good of the Liverpool city region arts and culture sector, and in turn its connected communities.
