Are you interested in the meeting point between art and science, and the complex ways that technology influences everyday life?
At Cognitive Sensations, we are looking to develop our team to create a collective organism of like-minded people, with diverse perspectives to contribute towards our vision. Although our team is gradually building, up until now the majority of work has been undertaken by our founder, Gabriella Warren-Smith. In order to thrive and grow, we are seeking the involvement of others with a similar passion for the topics that our progamme covers.
We are looking for two kinds of volunteers:
Early-career Curators, Editors and Creatives looking to learn and gain experience in the arts and editorial industry in a supportive environment. More than invigilating in cold spaces, we want volunteers to gain skills and develop work they are proud of, build knowledge in areas of interest, and test the water for potential future career paths.
Curators, Producers and Editors with a specific research or professional interest in art, science, and technology, who are interested in joining our team to steer our organisation, and make it their own along the way. We would like to meet people with ideas and energy — who would like to work together to fundraise, and fuse their own interests or research into our programme, building their own fees into budgeting for future programmes.
