VGM: J Chuhan Recent Paintings

This exhibition shows a group of work by North West based artist Jagjit Chuhan. Her paintings explore areas including individual identity, gender and origin. They also demonstrate a strong interest in artistic materials and composition. An accompanying illustrated catalogue is available to purchase from the VG&M shop, with essays on the work by Alnoor Mitha, curator of the Asia Triennial Manchester and Rina Arya, University of Wolverhampton.
