May Weekend Arts and Craft at Florrie
May Day is a special holiday celebrating the return to Spring.
Join us at The Florrie Heritage Resource Centre to create traditional May Day crafts. Including flower garlands, May Day Hoops and Maypole’s.
Sessions are free and run on Saturday 5th, Sunday 6th and Monday 7th May from 12pm – 2pm
May Day Ceilidh Barn Dance at The Florrie
Take part in our May Day celebration with a traditional Barn Dance at Florrie. Ceilidh is a traditional community dance so what better way to celebrate with all the Family in the Splendour of Florrie’s Grand Hall.
Celtic Knot one of Merseyside’s most popular Ceilidh bands will be leading the dance.

The Ceilidh Dance is a free event and there will be refreshments on sale
