This exhibition shows how the students understand and interpret the issues of dementia and dignity, using materials, forms and genre of their choice.
Clarence high school provides residential and day placements for pupils aged 9-19 years old with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. For this exhibition, the children have created work reflecting the message of “Dignity in Care”.
Officially opened by the Lord Mayor, the exhibition has enjoyed success and over 10 pieces of work have been sold so far. All work is for sale, and proceeds will be split between the young artists, the gallery and the charity.
