The Cornerstone Arts festival dance offering brings Company Chameleon’s performance of The Beauty of the Beast, an exploration of male group identity and relationships. Inspired by football teams, political movements and social groups of all kinds, Company Chameleon aim to get under the skin of group members to unpack the physicality and intimacy, both subtle and blatant, of peer pressure, tribalism and group rivalry, in order to explore universal conclusions about male-male relationships.
All events take place at Liverpool Hope University’s Capstone Theatre, Shaw Street, Liverpool, L6 apart from Joseph Haydn’s The Creation and A Musical Celebration of St. Cecilia, which will take place at the Great Hall on the same campus.
Ticket prices: Full price £10, concessions £7 (Students from other higher education institutions, under 16s and over 65s).
