Journalist Holly Baxter will deliver a lecture. Holly Baxter is co-editor of The Vagenda magazine and writes for The Guardian. She will discuss the representation of women in the media, asking in particular why making fun of sexist stereotypes is the best way of changing the status quo.
All events take place at Liverpool Hope University’s Capstone Theatre, Shaw Street, Liverpool, L6 apart from Joseph Haydn’s The Creation and A Musical Celebration of St. Cecilia, which will take place at the Great Hall on the same campus.
