6 – 21 April
Arts Hub 47, 47 Lark Lane, Liverpool L17 8UW.
We are the Hub for Art and Design in the South Liverpool Community. Situated on bohemian Lark Lane, our shop is the outlet for all things locally created and hand crafted.
Regular workshops, exhibitions and training sessions feature in our busy calendar of events. Rooms are also available to hire.
Our co-operative members sell a range of high quality art work, constructed textiles, photography, jewellery, ceramics and woodcrafts at a range of affordable pricepoints.
The Hub is run on a not for profit basis, staffed by volunteers and funded by the commission taken on sales and the small charge for room hire.
Our forthcoming exhibition “Liverpool on the Lane” celebrates all things Liverpool in a variety of mediums.
Our main exhibitor, local illustrator Becka Griffin, works in pen and ink as well as watercolour to create a collection of images in a naive contemporary style, inspired by the buildings and streets of Liverpool.
Becka’s “Alphabet of Liverpool” is a firm favourite for any lover of the city.
The exhibition continues with original artwork by further members of the Arts Hub 47 Co-operative. An eclectic and diverse collection of Liverpool-influenced work is sure to delight and fascinate.
