An exhibition of artwork from artist all over the UK, donated to support Unite to Care.

The Coral Spiritual and Holistic Centre, 125-127 High Street, Wavertree, Liverpool L15 8JS

Unite to Care are a fairly new group that formed after the news that a beagle breeding faculty in Sweden was to close and 300+ surplus beagles would be shipped to AstraZeneca in Macclesfield UK. The group petitioned MPs to change the legislation to make it compulsory for ex-laboratory dogs to be re-homed after they have spent their scientific usage, rather than be killed.

photo (1)The group have achieved a lot so far. Unite to Care were approached by Beagle Freedom Project US (who re-home ex-laboratory dogs in the US), to work in partnership with them across Europe.

Every piece of artwork has been kindly donated, to sell to raise funds for the Unite to Care cause, which is funding the overhead costs of, raising awareness, campaigning, vet costs, house check costs, CRB costs (as each person who volunteers to become a foster parent to an ex-laboratory dog has to be vetted and CRB checked) and much more.
