World Voice is part of the Music team. It is an Arts and Education programme providing face-to-face training, support and teaching resources to teachers and students in 16 countries.

We use music education expertise from the United Kingdom to increase teachers’ skills and confidence in using song in their classrooms to improve learning outcomes across the curriculum.

Together with the educational and political institutions of the countries we work in, we develop in-depth teacher training programmes and build the capacity to cascade the programme with local trainers.

The successful candidate to lead on the planning and implementation of the teaching resources strategy for World Voice globally to support high-quality and sustainable delivery of the World Voice programme overseas and in the UK.
