Liverpool Lighthouse” is a multi-purpose arts venue which hosts and runs a range of community activities for all ages in the local community, as well as local, national and international arts events.

We are urgently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Project Manager for our latest Music Project for immediate start; The Liverpool Lighthouse Studio Manager must be a focused, dedicated and qualified kid’s practitioner in music with local community connections; Tasks and responsibilities:

–       The studio manager (He/ she) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Levi’s® Music Project studio, ensuring all users, including young people are able to access the creation and recording of music and production whatever their ability.

–       To empower/support all young people to realise their creative potential.  And to ensure that the Support Music studio programme links into and complements the existing programme of the host organisation.

–       Prove capability of: using all aspects of the music studio equipment; liaising with community groups and building networks; possess good communication and organisational skills; and be capable of delivering basic music studio introductory workshops: overseeing the co-ordination of master-classes for the programme.

–       Our project manager will be good at liaising with stakeholders, collecting data and managing the required deadlines set by Youth Music which include regular uploads to Youth Music Network. Working time: Part Time 24hrs/ week (mainly evening) The project commence in September 2019 – lasts for 12 months.
The salary is: £11.50/ per hours, prorate + on costs
