Project co-ordinator, Together Trust

As project co-ordinator you will…

Undertake overall project delivery for all of our 150th activities – bringing our rich archive to life through participatory creative workshops with people of all ages, exhibitions, oral histories, digital content and a range of other activities to highlight Together Trust’s trailblazing history and the challenges that the people we support face today. Supported by a project team, you’ll take the lead on planning our events and activities during 2020 to deliver the programme on deadline, developing new and existing partnerships with organisations in our region. You’ll support the fundraising team to comply with funder requirements too, completing robust project evaluation in line with grant requirements.

With a proven track record of excellent project and event management with a strong commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, you will recruit and support volunteers to develop new communication and artistic skills in line with our values.

About you…

You will be an enthusiastic and experienced project coordinator with a passion for heritage and a belief in the transformational power of creativity. You’ll have experience and knowledge of multi-strand project delivery associated with high quality community engagement activities within charity, not-for-profit or heritage based work. You will have a talent for taking a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for educating people of all ages and different learning styles about art and heritage. You will also have experience of working with large public funders and producing evaluation reports for grant funded projects.
