Bluecoat Connect has been working with international artist, Humberto Velez on The Welcoming, commissioned by Liverpool Biennial: International 06.
We would like to invite you to come and celebrate the spectacular arrival of Glaciere gliding into Albert Dock carrying a group of young people from Refugee Action.
The passengers will disembark to a welcome of music, dance and speeches from members of Liverpool’s Chinese, Irish and Congolese communities. An event for all the family that will bring the communities of Liverpool together.
