PQA Liverpool is seeking a dynamic and experienced Film & TV Teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality film and television workshops to children and young people aged 6-18.

Location: PQA Liverpool North
Hours: Saturdays, 9:15am-5:30pm (2 sessions per Saturday)
Location: PQA Liverpool South
Hours: Fridays, 5:00pm-8:45pm
Pay: £75 per session
Please note that PQA follows safer recruiting practices. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
*A strong passion for film and television
*Experience working with children and young people
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong practical skills needed in filming, editing and pre/post production.
*A creative and innovative approach to teaching
*A relevant qualification or industry experience
*First aid certificate desirable but not needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
*Devising and delivering engaging film and TV workshops
*Guiding students through the filmmaking process, from scriptwriting to editing
*Fostering creativity and technical skills in a supportive environment
*Collaborating with other teachers to create exciting project
