Job Title: Development Manager
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (with occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends)
Location: All Lakeland Arts venues in Bowness and Kendal, hybrid working (min 3 days in the office)
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Term: Full time, permanent
Are you ready to shape and drive the fundraising strategy for Lakeland Arts, one of the leading cultural institutions in the North West of England? We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Development Manager to join our team and lead our fundraising efforts. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead your own team, head the fundraising department, and ensure the long-term stability and growth of our cherished organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the fundraising strategy and achieving key fundraising targets. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Team, this position is ideal for a fundraising professional with a proven track record of securing high-level income, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster successful relationships.
