We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our wonderful cleaning team at the Beatles Story on a permanent basis. The Beatles Story is established as an immersive must-see visitor experience, that supports the wider Liverpool City region visitor economy, protecting and enhancing the Beatles’ brand and sustaining its legacy in the birthplace of The Beatles for future generations.
The Beatles Story Museum is located on the Royal Albert Dock, there is also a secondary site located at the Pier Head Ferry Terminal. Successful candidates would be working across both sites within their role.
The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and tidiness across visitor and staff areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include cleaning floors, surfaces, restrooms, and exhibits; managing rubbish disposal; and maintaining back-of-house areas. Health and safety compliance is critical, including following cleaning protocols, reporting hazards, and ensuring safe working practices. The position also emphasizes customer service by fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere, assisting visitors as needed, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
