Katumba Drumming and Movement – the trading name for Brazuka International- is a Liverpool City Region based not-for-profit, that works locally, nationally and internationally.
Our mission is to be an agent of change, championing diversity and fostering mental and physical wellbeing through music, movement and mindfulness for and with the local and wider community.

JOB PURPOSE: This is an exciting job opportunity – we are embarking on a new phase in our organisation-expanding our creative programmes, devising new approaches, and breaking into new markets.
This work will support and underpin the financial modelling as we continue to develop our offerings, and the sustainability of Katumba Drumming & Movement moving forwards.
To help achieve this, we’re seeking to appoint an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager, who will devise and deliver strategies (relating to marketing, comms, audience and business development) to achieve our financial, audience and new business targets in collaboration with the wider Katumba team and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
