Deputy Director
The Deputy Director is a new position at Writing on the Wall. This role is key to WoW’s long-term stability, sustainability and impact of our work and programmes through providing a foundation for the company’s smooth running and financial resilience. The role of Deputy Director has been designed to allow the Co-Directors to concentrate on strategic priorities and move away from operational tasks to take advantage of wider strategic and partnership opportunities for growth and expansion.
Working closely with the Co-Directors, the Deputy Director will be responsible for delivering the key objectives of the organisation as well as day-to-day management of staff, office operations, and overseeing the various projects WoW deliver.
