Operations and Planning Manager, Lancaster Arts at Lancaster University

Lancaster Arts is excited to be recruiting a key member of our team for the heart of our programme delivery. You will take a lead role in overseeing all operations ranging from the delivery of our high calibre artistic programme to the nuts and bolts of what makes the organisation work. You will play a part in our Senior Leadership Team, keeping us on track with realising our objectives within the Lancaster Arts Strategic Plan and helping us to create new ones.

This is a role requiring ambition, creativity, imaginative thinking and an enthusiasm for making complex things simple. It will need a strong track record of working within a professional combined arts organisation or arts centre. Our ideal candidate will be curious and innovative with exceptional organisational, interpersonal, communication and financial management skills. You will also be someone who can grow and develop with us as we explore further opportunities together.

The Operations and Planning Manager is offered on a part time basis (0.57FTE) and is fixed term until 31st July 2020.
