Overall Purpose
To contribute to the successful implementation of a new finance system at National Museums Liverpool (NML)
Key Results
- Assist in identification of possible risks to the delivery of the new finance system
- Assist in development of user training for the new finance system
- Improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across NML
- Put into practice content learnt from relevant university course
Activities
- Review risk register and project environment for new risks
- Attend knowledge transfer sessions
- Review the main planned outcomes against progress within the project plan
Measures of Success
- Identification of potential project risks
- Personal learning outcomes from knowledge transfer sessions met
- Feedback and evaluation throughout the project and after the launch of the system (April 2017)
Personal Qualities
- This role would be ideal for someone currently undertaking a Finance/business degree
- Ability to work within a team and under own initiative
- Ability to interpret, manage and present information in written and verbal forms
- Attention to detail
