We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fundraising and Development Manager, who will be responsible for raising essential funds to support the organisations’ groundbreaking artistic programme and to support our ongoing ambitions and growth.

Our ideal candidate will share our values and be able to demonstrate high levels of accountability, flexibility and motivation, with the ability to lead our fundraising strategy.  The successful candidate will play a key role in the Venture Arts management team and will be a central part of the charity’s ongoing development.Â
Salary: £31,000 – £32,500
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time) – we are open to discussions about flexible working arrangements or compressed hours (working the same number of hours across fewer days).
Contract: Permanent
Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays and an additional week at Easter and two weeks over Christmas when the Venture Arts studio closes.
