Youthlab is CFCCA’s new initiative to develop a unique and dynamic learning advisory board. The two main aims of the group will be: allowing young people to provide views, ideas and perceptions to inform CFCCAs future mission; and to provide an opportunity for the group to devise workshops and creative projects as part of the CFCCA programme. This initial 6 month programme will be a pilot project to test the running, development and management of the programme. We will use feedback from the participants to inform the progress and development of the group so young people’s voices are at the heart of the project.
Role summary
You will develop and deliver the Youthlab pilot programme working alongside CFCCA’s Programme and Engagement Coordinator and the wider CFCCA team including volunteers. Working collaboratively with the Programme and Engagement Coordinator you will devise creative workshop sessions to deliver alongside other elements of Youthlab linking the professional practice and the creative practice elements of the Youthlab project together which will include professional development talks from staff members and artists.
