Blackpool Grand Theatre is looking to appoint an exceptional team to lead the development of an exciting programme of arts based participation and learning for children and young people across Blackpool.
Whether in school or out, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of opportunities for children and young people to enjoy, engage and grow through the arts; making the most of Blackpool’s unique strengths.
You need a strong track record in arts development; working with children and young people; the education and youth sectors, and knowledge of all art forms. You will have the skills to communicate your passion for making the arts accessible and important in people’s lives.
Owing to the nature of this position any offer of employment will be subject to references and a satisfactory DBS check.
