This role takes responsibility for the development of strong and effective support for the Young People engaged in this project. Initially the role will be about how we can best design the work to ensure that we are able to offer the best possible opportunity to a small number of disadvantaged young people. Later in the project this role will develop and focus on mentoring, supporting and the line management of the YP. Working closely with our People Team, this role will also include recruitment, induction and training programmes. It’s an exciting role that will play a significant part in the development of the future at Calderstones.
