Salary: £30,515 – £32,909
As Visitor Experience & Retail Manager you will oversee the management of the visitor experience and commercial activity at Port Sunlight Museum and across all venues, including the visitor welcome, ticketing, retail activity, and ensuring that visitor facilities are maintained to a high standard.
The Visitor Experience & Retail Manager will manage the Visitor Experience Team Leader, F/T permanent Port Sunlight Tour Guides and Casual Visitor Service Assistants and create a dynamic team with an innovative ‘can do’ attitude. You will be responsible for the strategic implementation and delivery of the Visitor Service team plan. You will develop and drive a high performance culture in PSVT, ensuring the highest standards of customer care.
