M6 Youth Theatre is seeking a skilled Theatre Technician to provide technical support on our 2017 productions. The initial period of work will be Feb – March 2017 with possible further work later in the year (please see schedule).

M6 work with children and young people from Rochdale Borough to create high quality theatre which is relevant, engaging, challenging and most importantly – fun! Not only do our participants develop their performance and theatre skills but also transferrable skills such as communication, problem solving and team work.

The technician role will be initially supporting on 3 productions and will be working with our 15-18’s, 12-14’s and SHINE (young people with disabilities) groups.

The successful candidate must be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
