Main Purpose
The Creative Media Production department wishes to appoint a teacher for Creative Media Production to teach on our Btec Level 3 & HNC provision within our Broadcast Journalism pathway. The successful candidate will be expected to teach both practical and theoretical aspects within the Broadcast Journalism vocation. We would welcome any candidates who have experience of creating podcasts, filming and editing, documentary creation and also more core journalism skills, but these are not essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain their strong industry links, develop collaborative activities with industry partners, add to the department’s research and knowledge and enhance students’ employability prospects in the creative industries.
