This is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of Tate’s values and approach to Learning with art working our ambitious programme, Tate Exchange in Liverpool.
Across eight months you will gain first-hand experience with our Tate Exchange Co-ordinator within our Learning team. Tate Exchange is a space for everyone to collaborate, test ideas and discover new perspectives on life through art. We deliver an annual programme of activity at Tate Liverpool that explores the different ways art has become active over the last 60 years.
During your internship, you will participate in shaping Tate Exchange as an open, inviting, stimulating and welcoming place where everyone’s ideas can flourish. This will in turn give you a number of formal and informal learning opportunities that will assist you with your future career.
You will work with a range of people from organisations who are Tate Exchange Associates. These range from community groups, artists groups to universities. Tate Liverpool currently has twenty-five Associates who have residencies across the year from one to four weeks. We also utilise Tate Exchange within our ongoing Learning programmes.
