The Stage Door Receptionist is a member of the Operations team. The team, led by the Theatres Manager, is committed to satisfying the needs and expectations of customers, staff and visitors to the organisation.
Stage Door Receptionists are responsible to the House Manager for the safe and efficient operation of Stage Door. The day to day responsibilities are to ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and visitors attending the theatre buildings, in cases of emergency to be a vital link between the duty manager, fire marshals and emergency services, to lock up and shut down the buildings when required, to respond to general enquiries on behalf of the Everyman & Playhouse, to provide administrative support, and to contribute to the smooth running of the theatres.
This is a fixed term contract until 25th June 2016 to support the Operations team at the Liverpool Playhouse during production periods.
