Hours:Â Â 2 days per week (Average 14.5 hours per week)
Contract:Â Fixed term 12 month contract with the potential to make permanent

Burnley Youth Theatre is looking for a dynamic and reliable Site Maintenance Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the youth theatre by maintaining the buildings and site to a standard which complies with all necessary Health and Safety legislation, undertaking a weekly check to ensure this is the case and dealing with minor repairs and maintenance within their skill-set, and beyond this dealing with external trades people who can. On occasion, and where hours permit, you will contribute to supporting tasks related to our artistic activities, such as set building and construction, within your skill set.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about building maintenance and health and safety, with broad ability to carry out minor maintenance repairs and decorating tasks to a good standard. The Site Maintenance worker would need to be able to work independently and work to deadlines. All applicants must have the willingness to go through a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
