Our staff members are all highly skilled practitioners and researchers who work internationally. We are innovative and reflective in our methods; taking the best from the past with our eyes on the future. We offer an enquiring, experimental experience to our students with opportunities to apply these skills to a range of roles in the highly competitive international Media market place.
We have excellent contacts both locally and internationally and our students have the opportunity to undertake work experience in some of the UK’s leading Media companies.
Manchester School of Art is a pioneer of art and design education in the UK and offers a broad range of architecture, art, design, media and theatre courses. Experimentation and collaboration are at the heart of what we do and our award-winning Benzie Building, opened last year on our 175th anniversary, confirms this approach – encouraging staff and students to work across disciplines and explore common ground.
