Buying a souvenir is always a big part of having a super day out – and the retail team at the Science and Industry Museum love helping people find exactly what they are looking for – be it a key ring, a chemistry kit or your very own robot!
To help continue the experience our world class galleries offer our diverse audiences, we are looking for Retail Sales Advisors to join our Retail team in Manchester, on a permanent, 25-hour pw basis (5 days pw, including weekend working), as well as on a Casual basis.
In this role, you’ll enjoy helping our visitors have a great day out. You’ll be happy to actively approach and assist individuals, maintain unparalleled visual merchandising in our retail outlet or pop up shop and help the museum meet team sales and profit targets.
Joining us, you’ll be customer-focussed, friendly and efficient. You’ll have experience of working in a close-knit team; supporting colleagues to ensure the best customer service is delivered. You’ll have high standards and will enjoy the thought of working in a world-class Museum, with a distinct Manchester flair!
