Project Facilitator (Where the Arts Belong)
22.5 hours per week (this is an outreach role based in Merseyside with some work in other areas of the North West)
£22,500 pro rata (£13,500 per annum)
Bluecoat is seeking a dynamic Project Facilitator to join Bluecoat’s dedicated and experienced participation team to take an artistic lead on a new project. Where the Arts Belong will be developed and delivered in partnership with Belong, who for 20 years have been working to provide innovative residential environments for people on a dementia journey and their carers. This will be a unique opportunity for someone with their own critically engaged practice to develop their existing participatory approach within an exciting context. Our unique partnership with Belong will mean that the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with an innovative provider of dementia care and to collaborate with artists who have developed participatory practices. The project is funded until March 2021 by a grant from Arts Council Englandand The Baring Foundation as part of the Celebrating Age programme.
