Project Coordinator (Capital Programme)

Salary: £18,000 pro rata (£14,400 actual)

Hours: Part time – 0.8 – 32 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to 30 June 2019

We work locally, nationally and internationally to provide life-changing opportunities for the next generation of creative leaders, artists and audiences, redefining theatre in the process. We produce and present a professional programme of outstanding performances, events and festivals in our building, surprising places and virtual spaces, for a young and highly diverse audience.

This is an exciting time for Contact, with a £6.5m capital redevelopment under way which will secure the future of Contact’s vital work with young people across Greater Manchester for the next 20 years.

As Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Capital Team throughout the redevelopment project.

You will have experience of supporting a complex project; capital project experience would be advantageous.  You will be an excellent communicator, able to work on your own initiative and be highly organised.  In addition, you will possess excellent IT and note taking skills.
