Project Administrator, Broadbent Studios
Salary: Circa £20,000 (pro-rata) Depending on Experience

We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to assist our design team.
Broadbent Studios is a small design practice, based around the public artist Stephen Broadbent, and has been creating works of public art for over 30 years. Â
The Role
The ideal candidate for this job will be able to undertake all administrative tasks required to enable the creation of art in the public realm. Â
They will be able to:
– work closely with the design team
- have the ability to cost & schedule projects, liaise with suppliers, external consultants and manufacturing partners
- be a key point of contact for our clients
- the ability to negotiate contracts, undertake health & safety and risk assessments is desirable. but not essential.
We are looking for a person with a passion for communication, who is enthusiastic with a can do attitude. Â Each of our projects is unique and will require the successful candidate to be able to problem solve and to have a pragmatic approach.
We are a MAC based studio, so knowledge of using Apple computers would be helpful.
The studio is based outside Chester, in a rural location, with no public transport services, so driving is essential.
