Salary: Â£18,432 – £21,000 per annum
Location: working from home
Hours: 35 hours per week, fixed term contract from 1 March – 30 April 2021

The RIBA Part 3 course and examination provides a distant learning preparation course, supported by two residential seminars and a final examination to some 250 architecture candidates each year. The course is delivered in the UK and Internationally. 

We are seeking a committed individual to provide support to the team and specifically assist hosting and facilitating our online seminars, tutorials and interviews, as well as other ad hoc administrative duties.  Experience of using Microsoft Teams is essential.   The role also includes the collation of assessments submitted electronically and examination result sheets and processing invoices for payment.  A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office would also be helpful. 

The successful individual will have experience of managing and prioritising their own workload and have a good attention to detail.
