IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION MANAGER

up to £850 per week depending on experience, between 10-15 weeks work depending on availability.

Unexpected circumstances mean we now urgently seek an experienced Production Manager to launch our 4-production repertory season, which opens Storyhouse in May – the country’s new £37m theatre building.  Much of the work is done, you will need to pick up the reins quickly however. Experience at the right level and a calm head essential.

Must be available immediately to lead 4 productions opening May 11, May 19, June 9 and June 23. If available, this contract could extend to August 6 to cover the transfer of 3 productions to Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre.

Storyhouse is the country’s largest new arts building outside London. Housing a 500-seat theatre, 100-seat cinema, 150-seat studio theatre, restaurant and inspirational new library, this is the country’s most inspiring new arts building, opening May 2017.

We now seek an inclusive, inspiring personality to manage productions The Beggar’s Opera (dir. Alex Clifton); Alice in Wonderland (dir Derek Bond); A Midsummer Night’s Dream (dir. Alex Clifton) Julius Caesar (dir Loveday Ingram). Performed by a company of 30 actors, this is the largest rep company outside of the RSC, RNT or Globe.

Highly competitive fee available for the right candidate.
