PRODUCER / HEART OF GLASS
Salary: £30,000 (35 hours per week)
The Producer will report to and work closely with the Director and Lead Producer in delivering the artistic aims of Heart of Glass (HoG) through a programme of produced and co-produced work and engagements. You will contribute to the development of the organisation’s strategic priorities and lead on key artist commissions and projects. Under the leadership of the Director you will be key to ensuring the programme works effectively to develop a unique and distinctive arts programme that will engage communities in rich and diverse cultural opportunities. Our vision is a robust and vibrant arts sector that is valued by our communities and which is nationally and internationally recognised. Through our ambitious work, Heart of Glass will work in collaboration with St Helens communities (of place and interest) to increase curiosity, participation and audiences for ambitious and extraordinary arts programming primarily through high quality contemporary collaborative projects.
