Fuzzy Duck is a vibrant, friendly and highly productive creative studio where any one day can involve building digital games for children, designing interactive presentations for large corporate companies, filming a full battle re-enactment and animating a whole range of characters from the 13th century talking about their everyday lives…and then we have lunch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in a post-production environment, as an editor or a post-production assistant, and who’s keen to develop their editing skills further.
The role
–  Putting together assembly/offline edits based on briefs given by clients, Post Production Manager &  Head of Film
–  Logging of filmed rushes and managing assets to maintain workflow
–  Adding to and maintaining the film library
–  Transcribing and subtitling of various projects
–  Editing animations for the Animation team
–  Editing recorded voiceovers on programs
–  Sourcing music for films and animations
You
You will be an ambitious editor with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a strong visual sense. A demonstrable ability of working to a given brief and taking direction is essential. You must be proactive, able to prioritise a wide and varied workload, and work both independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in editing
Requirements
–  At least 1 year of experience of working in a post-production environment, as an editor or a post-production assistant
–  Experience of working with Adobe Premiere Pro CC
–  Good technical knowledge of assets management, subtitling, formats (web, compression etc.) for both PC and Mac
–  Experience of working with After Effects & Photoshop is desirable but not essential
