Orchestra Coordinator, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic

Liverpool Philharmonic are excited to welcome applications for an Orchestra Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent role.

The successful candidate will coordinate and administer day to day running of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and other Liverpool Philharmonic ensembles, providing administrative and servicing support for rehearsals, concerts, projects, events, recordings and auditions, supporting the effective operation of all activities. 

The role will also include fixing freelance musicians, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all musicians and providing a welcoming environment for visiting musicians and artists. They will coordinate the activities of Liverpool Philharmonic musicians, ensuring high quality and proactive communications, logistics support and maintaining positive relationships.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the coordination of the Musicians’ Performance and Wellbeing programme, maximising participation and engagement of musicians, championing programme benefits andcoordinating activities with external partners and service providers.

The salary for this post will be Â£20,000 per annum.
