Operations Manager
Full time, (37.5 hours per week), permanent. Includes some weekend and evening working.
Salary: Manager Grade, £25,500 – £28,500
The Operations Manager is a key role within the management team, with responsibility for CFCCA’s operations including building, equipment and plant maintenance, ensuring health and safety and statutory requirements are met and overseeing the Operations Team to ensure that CFCCA’s venue is clean, safe and welcoming for audiences, artists, contractors and staff. The role will also work with the Executive Team to support robust financial and business management, including overseeing personnel administration, maintaining organisational policies and procedures and assisting in daily financial transactions.
CFCCA has a diverse and rich 30 year history of supporting both national and international audiences and also local communities to understand more about Chinese contemporary art, culture and society. We create meaningful encounters between artists and audiences through a lively public programme of exhibitions, artist residencies, engagement projects and events both on site and in partnership with other cultural institutions.
