Marketing Strategy Consultant Vacancy, Baltic Creative

Baltic Creative CIC is seeking a Marketing Company / Consultant to lead on the development of a new marketing and communications strategy to support our 2016 – 2021 Business Plan.

With some great success under our belts and with 5-6 pipeline projects that could potentially add an additional 70,000 sq/ft to our footprint, Baltic Creative now requires Marketing and Communications Services and expertise to help deliver on our 2016 – 2021 business plan objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a marketing and communications strategy that positions Baltic Creative as the ‘home of choice’ for digital and creative businesses in the region and ultimately nationally.

In addition, the strategy will need to increase brand awareness, credibility and understanding of Baltic Creative and our business model locally, regionally, and nationally. It will also aim to expand the reach of an authentic, independent, global reaching brand.

Further to this, the candidate will be required to create a 12-month action plan, which they will then support the Baltic Creative Management team in delivering throughout 2016.
