The main purpose of the role:
- Â To assist with the day-to-day work of the marketing team with a particular focus on supporting project workers in the marketing element of their roles and creating our various publications
Key responsibilities: Â Â
- To assist with the day-to-day work of the communications team with a focus on supporting project workers and our various publications
- To work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to ensure a smooth and positive roll out of new branded collateral
- To produce marketing materials, using your expertise to guide internal clients through a briefing process and taking materials from concept to reality
- To support the Marketing Coordinator in working with the development team to create materials to aid sales
- Actively model TROs ethos and best practice to the rest of communications and Marketing team and represent TRO at external events
- Attend or lead a weekly shared reading group
- To support The Reader magazine by managing and increasing subscriber numbers and working as required on future Reader publications.

- Is flexible, creative, willing and able
- Well organised, able to manage a varied workload
- Experience of working in a marketing role
- An eye for detail both in terms of design and written work.
- The ability to tell a complex story in a simple and engaging way.
- Experience of designing printed collateral
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to adjust tone depending on the audience.
