£13,687 full-time salary (£10,949 for 30 hours)
Education is central to Liverpool Biennial’s programme and is integrated throughout all of its work. We are currently seeking to appoint an Education Intern to learn from our team by supporting the Education Curator and assisting in the coordination of a wide variety of events, programmes and projects including the Biennial exhibition and year-round programme.
The successful applicant will have experience or knowledge of working with young people and a knowledge and understanding of the North Liverpool area. Experience of, or a strong interest in visual arts would be an advantage.

Liverpool Biennial is the UK Biennial of Contemporary Art. Taking place every two years, the Biennial is underpinned by a programme of research, education, residencies and commissions. Founded in 1999, Liverpool Biennial has commissioned 266 new artworks from 424 artists around the world, including 34 collaborative neighbourhood projects in the city. Liverpool Biennial 2016 takes places from 9 July until 16 October 2016.
