We are looking for a new LIVE EDITOR to join our new look Bido Lito!editorial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, creative and driven individual to play a key role in shaping our next chapter. You will be responsible for commissioning, setting-up, editing and delivering live reviews and previews each month. You will be supported by our Editor-In-Chief, Publisher and Editorial Working Group to edit the live section of the magazine, covering live music gigs, club nights, gallery exhibitions, festivals and events from across Liverpool’s cultural scene.
You will use your writing experience and passion for Liverpool’s new music and creative culture to commission and edit live reviews and previews that break amazing new artists, dig deep into Liverpool’s cultural life and play a vital, critical voice within the creative life of the city. This role is part-time for a fixed number of hours per month and there is lots of flexibility. Though we expect team members to have a presence in the office, this can be shaped around your existing commitments and interests, whether that be work, study or creative projects. Many previous contributors and team members have gone on to achieve great success in future careers in the music, media and varied sectors.
