Liverpool Philharmonic’s work is rooted in the communities around us and we’re proud to engage over a hundred thousand people in our Learning Programmes every year. We’re currently looking for two Learning Projects Co-ordinators to help deliver our Learning Programmes for children, young people, families, adults and communities. Each role has a different focus:
- Role 1: You’ll join the Youth Company team, facilitating youth ensemble rehearsals, events and activities. You’ll be responsible for large groups of children and young people, and take an active role in talent development within the Liverpool City Region.
- Role 2: You’ll help to co-ordinate multiple Learning Projects, including our Music and Health programme, which uses music to improve the health and wellbeing of adults and young people. You’ll also play an active role in our Higher Education partnerships, Emerging Professionals programme, and Under 5s concerts.
In both roles, you’ll manage relationships with participants, professional musicians and stakeholders, serving as a first point of contact for all involved. You’ll help to grow the reach and diversity of our Learning Programmes and be responsible for the safeguarding and health and safety of participants. If you’re a motivated and organised communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a great knowledge of music, this might just be the perfect role for you.
The salary is £20,800 (pay award pending).
